Hilary Leitner Artist/Film Maker

Hilary Leitner is an artist, acupuncturist, and filmmaker. Raised in New York City in the 1970’s by colorful, unconventional parents and their friends: artists, actors, musicians and spirited individuals. She was constantly exposed to the vibrant eclectic human medley: from homeless women to high powered business owners and saw all people as having equal value. She trained as an artist at Music and Art High School in NYC and the University of the Arts College of Philadelphia. Hilary’s art, whether it is painting or film has a freedom and authenticity to it and does not follow any strict rules. She rejects popular trends and has always allowed herself to follow her own ideas of beauty which brings a playful, soulful tone to all of her work.
